Based on a simple Jim Benton cartoon about dying and the afterlife, this very short book was turned down by publishers because it was “Too Spiritual” or “Not Scriptural Enough.” But the cartoon struck an emotional chord with some, and continuing requests for prints and product based on the cartoon resulted in a decision to self-publish something that people could share.
